This high mountain oolong comes from Rei Fong Village in the famed Alishan region, grown at 1200–1250 meters above sea level. It is crafted using the Chin Xin cultivar, renowned in Taiwan for its ability to express subtle floral notes at high elevations. The leaves were carefully hand-picked and lightly oxidized (10–15%), then rolled into the traditional ball shape that protects their aroma and structure.
Mr. Chen, an experienced tea master, oversaw the entire production during the April 2025 spring harvest. Thanks to the cool misty climate and slow leaf growth at this altitude, the tea develops a rich aromatic profile and long-lasting mouthfeel.
